We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items. Any products received after the 90^th day from your purchase date are no longer eligible for refund.
iii. Write the RMA on the outside of the package that you are returning.
iv. You must be a first time customer of any of our sites and you must have purchased our product(s) directly via Lab88.com or Irexis-direct.com. We are not responsible for any purchases made on affiliate or review websites.
v. The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable for one opened box or bottle of Irexis. Customers who order more than a one month supply will not be eligible for a refund if more than one box or bottle is used. Customers who have selected our Recurrent Order Program are eligible to receive a refund for the initial order only. Subsequent orders are not covered by this refund policy.
vi. Only one guarantee claim per customer shall be honored. Shipping and handling charges are excluded and are non refundable.
